The App does not transmit case data to any server.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Features may be updated, expanded, or changed over time.

- You remain solely responsible for your legal practice, including all case management decisions, filing deadlines, and professional obligations.
- If you need legal advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the App and Website for lawful case management purposes. You agree not to:

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying software.
- Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOCULOOM LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE APP FOR CASE MANAGEMENT, MISSED DEADLINES, OR LOST CASE DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL FOCULOOM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
If the App offers optional paid features, pricing and billing cycles are processed by Apple through StoreKit and governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Foculoom does not process payments directly.
