1. Who We Are

Docketloom is a product of Foculoom LLC, a California limited liability company. You can reach us via our support page.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Docketloom iOS app is designed so that your case data never leaves your device. Specifically:

• Case data (case names, numbers, courts, jurisdictions, practice areas, statuses, hearing dates, notes) is stored exclusively on-device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is never transmitted to any Foculoom server.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising networks in the app.
• We do not build user profiles or track your behavior across apps or websites.
• No accounts or registration are required to use the app.

3. Information We May Process

The following limited data is processed, solely for the stated purposes:

• iCloud (SwiftData on-device only): Docketloom uses SwiftData with local persistence only. iCloud sync is not enabled. Your case data exists only on the device where you entered it.
• StoreKit (purchases): If Docketloom offers any purchases, Apple processes transactions through StoreKit. Foculoom receives only anonymized transaction confirmations from Apple. We do not receive your payment card details or full Apple ID.
• Support form: If you contact us via our support page, we receive the content of your message. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and do not retain it beyond what is necessary.
• Website analytics: This website (docketloom.com) does not use JavaScript-based analytics. Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL) may be retained by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) in accordance with their data retention policies.

4. Children's Privacy

Docketloom is intended for attorneys and legal professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions with higher age minimums). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Data Retention

Because we do not collect case data or personal information through the app itself, there is no personal data retained on our servers from app use. Support messages are retained only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry and comply with applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California under CCPA and the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any such right, contact us via our support page. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Docketloom website uses Tally.so embedded forms for the waitlist and support contact. Tally.so collects information you submit through the form in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive the information you submit (such as your email address) solely to send you updates about Docketloom or to respond to your support request.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures appropriate to the limited personal data we handle. Because case data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us, the primary privacy protection is architectural: there is no server-side data to breach. Device-level security (device passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, iOS Data Protection) protects your case data at rest.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the app release notes or on this website.
